"Special Ops" is an Indian espionage thriller series that premiered on Hotstar on March 17, 2020. The series is directed by Neeraj Pandey and Shivam Nair and stars Kay Kay Menon, Karan Tacker, Divya Dutta, Vinay Pathak, and Sana Khan in pivotal roles.

The series revolves around a RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) agent, Himmat Singh (played by Kay Kay Menon), who is on a mission to find the mastermind behind a terrorist attack in India. The series is set in different parts of India, including Mumbai, Kolkata, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi, and also features locations in Turkey and Azerbaijan.

The story begins with a terrorist attack on a hotel in Mumbai, which kills several people, including RAW agents. Himmat Singh is then tasked with the responsibility of finding the mastermind behind the attack. As he starts investigating, he finds several clues that lead him to a man named Ikhlaq Khan, who is a well-known terrorist and has links with several terrorist organizations around the world.

Himmat Singh then forms a team of five officers, including Farooq Ali (played by Karan Tacker), Juhi Kashyap (played by Saiyami Kher), Ruhani Syed (played by Divya Dutta), Bala (played by Vinay Pathak), and Avinash (played by Muzammil Ibrahim), who help him in his mission to find Ikhlaq Khan.

As the story progresses, the team faces several challenges and obstacles in their mission, including political interference, corruption, and personal conflicts. However, they manage to overcome these obstacles and eventually find Ikhlaq Khan. But just as they think their mission is over, they discover that Ikhlaq Khan is just a pawn in a much bigger game, and they have to continue their mission to find the real mastermind behind the terrorist attack.

The series is packed with action, suspense, and drama, and has received critical acclaim for its gripping storyline, brilliant performances, and realistic portrayal of the world of espionage. It is a must-watch for anyone who loves spy thrillers and action-packed dramas.
